Medical
Two medical books that we've bought that we believe are well worth it.

Pocket First Aid and Wilderness Medicine

Bugs, Bites and Bowels

A Very big thank you must go out to Sister Pat Michael, Dr. Steel, Ritchie & all the staff at the Medical Centre Woolwich, Who put up with my constant visits getting my jabs up to date. Dare I say it even ones that I wasn't entitled to. Karen had the same jabs but we had to go through MASTA who were fantastic very helpful and not just out to make a fast buck.

The Inoculations that Andy required were as follows:-
